Keeping up with social media posting across Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook takes planning. Our Social Media Post Scheduler gives you a simple way to map out your content ahead of time. Add each post with the platform, date, and time you plan to publish it.
The form collects your post text, the target platform, and the scheduled date and time. Once you add a post, it appears in the schedule list below sorted by date. You can see your entire week or month of planned content at a glance. If plans change, delete individual posts and add new ones. The Clear All button wipes the schedule so you can start fresh.
When your schedule is ready, click Export CSV to download a spreadsheet file. You can open this in Excel, Google Sheets, or any CSV reader. The export includes the platform, date, time, and post text for each entry. This makes it easy to share your content calendar with team members or import into other scheduling tools.
Batch planning like this helps you stay consistent. Instead of scrambling for something to post each day, you can sit down once a week, map out your content, and know exactly what is going out and when. The sorted schedule view shows you at a glance if you have gaps or if you are posting too much on one platform.
