Ever seen someone on Instagram or TikTok with a username that uses script letters, bold text, or a different font? It's not a special app - it's Unicode. The Unicode standard includes thousands of characters that look like different fonts, even though they're really just special symbols that browsers and apps render as letters.

Our Fancy Text Generator maps every letter you type to its Unicode equivalents across 20+ different styles. Bold, italic, script, fraktur, double-struck, monospace, circled letters - you name it. Just type your text, see all the styles at once, and click whichever one you like to copy it.

Where Can You Use Fancy Text?

  • Social media bios - Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn
  • Display names - Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp, Slack
  • Gaming profiles - Steam, Xbox, PlayStation, Twitch
  • Creative projects - Posters, digital art, memes, invitations

How It Works

Each style has its own range of Unicode code points. For example, the mathematical bold letters (š€, š, š‚) live in the U+1D400–U+1D419 range. The script letters (š’œ, ℬ, š’ž) are in U+1D49C–U+1D4B5. When you type "Hello", the tool replaces each letter with its counterpart from the chosen range. The result looks like a different font, but it's actually just different characters.

Everything runs locally in your browser. Your text never leaves your device.
